Alzata Centerpiece, Blue

Designed by Ettore Sottsass for Bitossi in 1959, this hand-turned white clay centrepiece balances simplicity and contrast. Its two-tone matte enamel—deep black above and rich blue below—gives the form a striking, modern presence.

All Bitossi ceramics are entirely handmade by artisans at every stage of the production process.
